To clarify: Spirit and Truth = Spirit and The Word = The Holy Spirit and Jesus Christ = Exousia and Dunamis Power for The Body of Christ.

Jesus said about himself when He walked the Earth “I am the light of the world” and later he said “Now you be the light of the world” And he also said “You don't light up a lamp, and put it under a basket, you hang it up so that the whole house can see it” and “A city on a hill can not be hidden” - No more secret Christians!
The anointing is everything. Without the anointing of The Holy Spirit; The carnal mind will be in charge. And Apostle Paul said in
Romans 8:6 The mind of the flesh is death, but the mind of the Spirit is life and peace, 7 because the mind of the flesh is hostile to God: It does not submit to God’s Law, nor can it do so. 8 Those controlled by the flesh cannot please God.… No more carnal minded Christians!
Those who teach that The Holy Spirit does not have any power anymore are deceived by the devil. That doctrine is a lie from Hell to keep The Body of Christ powerless!
If you ask The Father in Jesus name to Give you The Holy Spirit, he will never give you a false spirit. Like an earthly father will not give a scorpion to his child, if the child ask for bread.
